Under the guidance of relevant departments and social organizations of central and state organs engaged in the study of Zhou Enlai's ideological life, we will support and create a "Zhou Enlai Class" with foundation characteristics nationwide to promote the solid and healthy development of spiritual civilization construction in primary and secondary schools, and organically combine students' ideological and political education with learning the spirit of great figures.

Project Results

As of 2024, the foundation has supported and established 36 Zhou Enlai classes with foundation characteristics in 8 provinces including Beijing, Zhejiang, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Gansu, Hebei, Henan, and Sichuan.

1、 The establishment of the "Zhou Enlai Class" with the characteristics of the Da Luan Xiangyu Charity Foundation is guided by relevant departments and social organizations of central and state organs engaged in the study of Zhou Enlai's thoughts and life, based on the principle of "selecting the best from the best and preferring scarcity over excess".

2、 The "Zhou Enlai Class" generally should have the following conditions:

The class collective that intends to create the "Zhou Enlai Class" should meet the following conditions in addition to the general "advanced class collective" conditions:

1. Clear learning objectives and strong sense of social responsibility. Class members can earnestly study Zhou Enlai's great spirit and noble demeanor, have a sense of responsibility and mission to "study for the rise of China", and actively practice the socialist core values.

2. Strong learning atmosphere and significant learning outcomes. Class members have a certain degree of learning and research on Zhou Enlai's thoughts and life, and are able to carry out various activities such as book clubs, report meetings, and seminars related to learning Zhou Enlai in a solid and effective manner.

3. The activity theme is prominent and the educational effect is good. Classes should make full use of the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, memorial sites, research bases, etc., organize visits, learning activities, and other social practice activities, and combine the promotion of Zhou Enlai's spirit with serving society.

4. Excellent class atmosphere construction with distinct professional characteristics. The class members are united, friendly, energetic, and strive for progress, with a good class and academic atmosphere. They perform outstandingly in various activities and have certain professional characteristics.
