Who we are

The Beijing DaLuan Xiangyu Charity Foundation is a non-public charity organization initiated by Ms. Zhou Bingde, the niece of Premier Zhou Enlai, and approved by the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau.

The words "Da Luan" and "Xiang Yu" in my name are respectively taken from Premier Zhou Enlai's nickname and courtesy name, symbolizing that I will uphold the mission of "carrying the perseverance of charity and contributing to the well-being of the people", and be committed to carrying forward and inheriting the spirit of Zhou Enlai. We will carry out public welfare and charity activities around three aspects: style inheritance, poverty alleviation and education assistance, and people to people communication.

Our volunteers

The volunteers of Da Luan Xiangyu Charity Foundation have actively participated in various work of our association since its establishment. The enthusiastic and selfless dedication of our friends has not only made outstanding contributions to the development of our association, but also gained their own growth and progress.

As a non-profit organization, I will have strict organizational regulations and volunteer management rules, and volunteers also have corresponding rights and obligations. We welcome our friends to register and apply for our volunteers, while balancing their own work and daily life, to participate in our public welfare charity and promote the spirit of Zhou Enlai.

The work of volunteers

If you love Premier Zhou Enlai, are enthusiastic about public welfare and charity, and are willing to dedicate your time and energy to promoting the "Zhou Enlai Spirit" and public welfare and charity, and contribute to the development of the Da Luan Xiangyu Charity Foundation, we sincerely look forward to your joining.

▎Recruitment conditions

1) Age between 18-60 years old, in good health;

2) Comply with the rules and regulations of our association, and be able to participate in various public welfare and charity activities and related work organized by our association as required.

I will match the most suitable job according to the job requirements and the wishes of volunteer colleagues, and provide the necessary conditions and guarantees. Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in various activities organized by our organization and participate in the annual excellent volunteer selection activity.

This time, we are recruiting for the following positions:

Project Team - Foreign Language Translation Post (English/Japanese)

Job responsibilities:
Daily translation support, translation of textual materials for overseas projects, translation of annual manuals and other documents.

Job requirements:
1) Agree with the purpose, philosophy, and values of this association, and understand the basic operating methods of charitable and public welfare organizations;
2) Familiar with the history of the Party and the country, familiar with the life and deeds of Premier Zhou Enlai;
3) Strong writing skills, proficient in Chinese, English or Japanese translation (proofreading) experience, strong bilingual language organization and expression ability, able to reach the level of final draft;
4) Has an attitude of striving for excellence in translation, responds quickly, and has team spirit.

Publicity Team - New Media Operations Post

Job responsibilities:
1) Plan and cooperate with the implementation of various publicity plans, participate in the operation of our own media matrix, and make full use of the official website, Weibo, WeChat, Tiktok and other we media accounts for publicity;
2) Plan high-quality, highly communicative topics that match my positioning and style, and follow up on their implementation; Guide or undertake writing work when needed;
3) Timely and accurate response to important inquiries from the internet and other channels, enhancing fan engagement and stickiness;
4) Cooperate with other units or individuals to carry out positive publicity activities for our association, and provide support in materials, organization, and other aspects.

Job requirements:
1) Agree with the purpose, philosophy, and values of this association, and understand the basic operating methods of charitable and public welfare organizations;
2) Familiar with the history of the Party and the country, familiar with the life and deeds of Premier Zhou Enlai;
3) Have some experience in new media operation, be familiar with the operation mode and rules of their respective media platforms (such as WeChat public platform, Weibo or Tiktok), and be proficient in using common operation tools;
4) Active thinking, good writing skills, and excellent aesthetic standards.

Promotion Team - Original Content Post (Copywriting/Audio Video/Comics/Graphic Design)

Job responsibilities:
Explore existing materials and create original content based on the topics and standards required by our association, including but not limited to promotional articles, audio and video, comics, posters, and other forms (which can be chosen according to one's own abilities).

Job requirements:
1) Agree with the purpose, philosophy, and values of this association, and understand the basic operating methods of charitable and public welfare organizations;
2) Familiar with the history of the Party and the country, familiar with the life and deeds of Premier Zhou Enlai;
3) The requirement for graphic and textual writing is a solid foundation in writing, while the requirement for creating audio, video, comics, and other content requires relevant experience; Works must be provided;
4) Active thinking, able to accurately capture information points, and possessing the ability to express text/images/audio and video appropriately; Proficient in using relevant production software or apps;
5) Has a high sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and good teamwork spirit.

Publicity Team - Data Collection Post

Job responsibilities:
1) Collect and organize various materials related to our association and Premier Zhou Enlai, including but not limited to text, pictures, audio and video, souvenirs, etc;
2) Digging and utilizing existing data to provide support in terms of materials and resources for various related work of our association;
3) Electronic summarization and organization of existing paper or physical materials;
4) Cooperate with our consultants to collect, organize, and create original content.

Job requirements:
1) Agree with the purpose, philosophy, and values of this association, and understand the basic operating methods of charitable and public welfare organizations;
2) Familiar with the history of the Party and the country, familiar with the life and deeds of Premier Zhou Enlai;
3) Understand the methods and approaches for collecting general historical data, master the methods for organizing large amounts of data (including physical and electronic data), and be able to independently carry out systematic and logical data organization work;
4) I am down-to-earth and patient, and my work is rigorous and meticulous.

3) After receiving the registration form, our staff will conduct preliminary screening. Those who are selected for the interview will receive a phone/WeChat invitation from our staff;
