1. Enlightening Talents - Enlightening Education - Meigang Chunni Primary School in Yugan County, Jiangxi Province: The Inspiration Hall is rich in cultural relics and embodies Premier Zhou Enlai's "exclusive memories" throughout his life. At the same time, the memorial hall deeply explores the contemporary value of Zhou Enlai's noble qualities, produces "Red+" articles, and becomes a nationally renowned patriotic education demonstration base. The foundation donated 50000 yuan to Meigang Chunni Primary School in Yugan County, Jiangxi Province to support the construction of the school's Zhou Enlai Inspiration Hall and donated a statue of Zhou Enlai to the school.

2. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education - Xiamen Xiang'an Middle School: "Xiangyu Bookstore" is a small library public welfare project supported by the foundation for the "Zhou Enlai Class". It provides a good reading and activity space for young people, helps students broaden their horizons, improve their personality, and establish lofty ideals. The students of the "Zhou Enlai Class" participate in the management and maintenance of the library under the guidance of the homeroom teacher in the form of volunteer service, participate in social practice, and exercise their cooperation and management abilities.

3. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education - Daixian High School in Shanxi Province: "Xiangyu Bookstore" is a small library public welfare project supported by the foundation for the "Zhou Enlai Class". It provides a good reading and activity space for young people, helps students broaden their horizons, improve their personality, and establish lofty ideals. The students of the "Zhou Enlai Class" participate in the management and maintenance of the library under the guidance of the homeroom teacher in the form of volunteer service, participate in social practice, and exercise their cooperation and management abilities. The foundation distributed study packages (Zhou Enlai's message, pen, bookmark) to 130 teachers and students at Daixian Middle School in Shanxi, and donated more than 1500 books to build a Nankai Xiangyu Bookstore. Public welfare expenditure is 25145 yuan.

4. Enlightening Talents - Enlightening Education - Gaowu Village: The "Enlightening Education" project is guided by the spirit of Zhou Enlai, encouraging students who are in adversity but strive to learn; Rewarding students who excel in both academics and character, and striving for excellence, guiding them to establish lofty ideals and beliefs, and cultivating a sense of responsibility and courage to take on responsibilities. Allocate 20000 yuan to Gaowu Village in Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province to provide "Enlai Scholarship" to four newly enrolled freshmen from financially disadvantaged families this year.

5. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education - Yunfeng Elementary School in Diantan Town, Tengchong City, Yunnan Province: The foundation distributed warm winter supplies (down jackets) to 196 teachers and students of Yunfeng Elementary School in Diantan Town, Tengchong City, Yunnan Province, to provide protection for all teachers and students, with a public welfare expenditure of 31934 yuan.

6. Enlai Shuren - Outstanding Teacher Award at Huaxian No.1 Senior High School: From 2023 to 2026, donate 760000 yuan over four years to establish the "Outstanding Teacher Award" at Huaxian No.1 Senior High School in Henan Province. Every year, awards are given to 38 outstanding teachers in the school. On October 8, 2024, the "Second Huaxian No.1 Senior High School Outstanding Teacher Award Ceremony" was successfully held. The foundation allocated 190000 yuan to the school and distributed award funds to 38 outstanding teachers.

7. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education - Wuji County, Hebei Province: From 2023 to 2028, donate 1150000 yuan within five years to establish the "Enlai Scholarship" and support the construction and development of the "Zhou Enlai Class" in Wuji County, Hebei Province. Every year, the "Enlai Scholarship" is awarded to 250 students in Wuji County who excel in both academics and character. In 2024, the foundation will allocate 230000 yuan to the Education Bureau of Wuji County to provide the "Enlai Scholarship" to 250 students with excellent academic performance and support the construction and development of three local "Zhou Enlai classes".

8. Enlai Shuren - Zhou Enlai Family Style Exhibition: The exhibition "Integrity and Self Cultivation - Zhou Enlai's Family Style" jointly organized by our association and Tianjin Zhou Enlai Deng Yingchao Memorial Hall will be exhibited from July 1 to December 19, 2021 at the Zhou Enlai Deng Yingchao Memorial Hall in Tianjin. The exhibition displays more than 120 photos and 56 sets of cultural relics and documents. Through three parts: "embodying love in strictness," "teaching by example," and "model couple," it tells the story of Zhou Enlai's family tradition, inherits the fine traditions of the Party, promotes the spirit of great men, and serves as a gift for the 100th anniversary of the Party.

9. Enlai Nurturing Talents - Enlai Nurturing Talents Plan: In order to further implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping in July 2020 to "do everything possible to help college graduates find employment" and the relevant documents issued by the Organization Department of the Central Committee and seven other ministries at the end of August on the "Implementation of the Action Notice for Promoting Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates", inherit and carry forward the spirit of unity of practice and action of revolutionary predecessors, and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Premier Zhou Enlai's work study program in France, the Beijing DaLuan Xiangyu Charity Foundation officially launched the "Enlai Nurturing Talents Plan" public welfare project in April 2021. Today, one hundred years later, we will jointly create a domestic circulation channel for talent practice and training, and help the most needy young disadvantaged groups in China find employment.

10. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project: From 2021 to 2025, a donation of 610000 yuan will be made within five years to establish the "Enlai Scholarship", "Enlai Scholarship", and create the "Zhou Enlai Class" in Shaheying Township's nine-year integrated school. In 2024, 122000 yuan will be allocated to Shaheying Township's nine-year integrated school, providing the "Enlai Scholarship" to 90 students with excellent academic performance, the "Enlai Scholarship" to 20 impoverished students, and supporting the construction and development of two "Zhou Enlai Classes" in the school's seventh grade third class and fourth grade third class.

11. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project Shaanxi Province: From 2021 to 2023, donate 300000 yuan within three years to establish the "Enlai Scholarship" at the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education. Every year, the "Enlai Scholarship" is awarded to 25 high school students in Shaanxi Province who excel in both academics and character.

12. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education - Colorful Hometown Beautiful Qinghai: The foundation donated 1363 sets of love backpacks to primary school students in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and urged the students to pick up their paintbrushes to showcase the beautiful scenery of their hometown, helping Tibetan children cultivate healthy aesthetic taste and good artistic cultivation.

13. Enlai Shuren - Zhejiang University Enlai Fund: Within three years, a total of 450000 yuan was donated to establish the "Zhejiang University Enlai Fund" at Zhejiang University. Every year, 100000 yuan is used to select the "Zhou Enlai Class" and 50000 yuan is used to select the "Enlai Honor Student Club". In 2024, the foundation will continue to cooperate with the Zhejiang University Education Foundation, with an annual investment of 100000 yuan to launch the "Zhou Enlai Class" competition. In 2024, a total of 23 classes will participate in the "Zhou Enlai Class" competition, and 5 classes will be selected by the foundation and the Zhejiang University Evaluation Committee to win the title of "Zhou Enlai Class".

14. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project Guoyuan Junior High School: From 2020 to 2022, donated 200000 yuan within three years to help Guoyuan Junior High School in Zhenyuan County, Gansu Province carry out campus cultural construction through repairing leaking school catering buildings and male dormitories, establishing the "Zhou Enlai Class", and setting up the "Enlai Scholarship", inheriting and promoting the spirit of Premier Zhou Enlai.

15. Enlightening People - Enlightening Education - Inheriting the Spirit of Zhou Enlai: In order to continuously leverage the advantages of red resources, continue the red bloodline, tell good red stories, and cultivate new red talents, in 2020, the staff of the foundation visited Huai'an, Tianjin and other places for research activities. I hope to conduct targeted and standardized public welfare activities through visits and research, educate students on their ideals and beliefs, cultivate their patriotism, guide young students to "study for the rise of China", promote students' mental health development, and help impoverished college students with internships and employment.

16. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project in Daliangshan, Sichuan: A total of 43000 yuan was invested to support 37 disadvantaged minority students from Meigu County, Zhaojue County, and Wujiao Mongolian Township in Muli Tibetan Autonomous County under the jurisdiction of Daliangshan, Sichuan. Local volunteers from Daliangshan conducted detailed visits and investigations to provide precise assistance. Invest 300000 yuan to support 50 students from grades four to six and 50 students from grades seven to nine at Daliangshan Yuanmeng School who have excellent academic performance but come from impoverished families. Primary school students receive an annual subsidy of 2400 yuan per person, while secondary school students receive an annual subsidy of 3600 yuan per person, which is specifically used for student living expenses, insurance premiums, workbook fees, toiletries fees, school uniform fees, and bedding fees.

17. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project Little Red Army Museum: The foundation donated 1000000 yuan to build a Little Red Army Museum for the revolutionary base area - Xingwen County Red Army Primary School in Sichuan Province, helping students understand red culture, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and pass on the red genes from generation to generation through practical actions.

19. Enlai Shuren - "Glorious Career Dream Fulfillment Plan" Zhangjiakou Education Assistance Activity: jointly initiated by the Foundation, Zhangjiakou Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Zhangjiakou Education Bureau. The Air Commercial Charity Fund has invested 200000 yuan to support 100 impoverished university freshmen recommended by the Zhangjiakou Education Bureau, with each person receiving 2000 yuan.

20. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project - Starlight Middle School Project: A total of 216000 yuan was donated over three years to establish the "Enlai Scholarship" at Harbin Starlight Middle School, which rewards 80 students with excellent academic performance every year.

21. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project - Guizhou Congjiang Project: The Enlai Education Assistance Fund has been established at the Education Bureau of Congjiang County to help 57 economically disadvantaged students from Gaowu Village, Guping Township, Congjiang County, Guizhou Province successfully complete their studies and reduce their financial burden on their families.

22. Enlai Education Project - First Medical University Project: Over the course of five years, a total of 500000 yuan was donated to establish the "Enlai Scholarship" at Capital Medical University to inspire students to carry forward Zhou Enlai's noble spirit of lifelong struggle for the people, and to inspire their determination to serve the country and society.

23. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project - Daliangshan Funding Program: This is mainly aimed at impoverished students in Wujiao Mongolian Township and Yi District of Muli Tibetan Autonomous County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, providing them with tuition and living expenses support.

24. Enlai Shuren - Xiangyu International Huiyan Talent Fund: From 2017 to 2021, a total of 2.7 million yuan was donated to the Foreign Affairs College within five years to establish the "Xiangyu International Huiyan Talent Fund" at the Foreign Affairs College to cultivate international and minority language talents.

25. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project - Hegang Project: The "Enlai Education Assistance Fund" has been established at the Education Bureau of Hegang City to help 45 students from economically disadvantaged families with excellent academic performance successfully complete their studies from Grade 1 to Grade 3, reducing their financial burden on their families.

26. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project - Yinchuan Project: I will donate to the Yinchuan Youth League Committee to support financially disadvantaged college freshmen from Ningxia to enter university smoothly.

27. Enlai Shuren - Enlai Education Assistance Project - Ningxia Project: Donate 250000 yuan annually to the Ningxia Youth Foundation to support 50 new university students from targeted poverty alleviation families in Tongxin County, Ningxia, who are admitted to second tier or higher education institutions, helping them smoothly enter university studies.

Project Results

As of 2024, the project has been carried out in more than ten provinces/autonomous regions including Ningxia, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Guangxi, Jilin, Shaanxi, Gansu, Hebei, Henan, Liaoning, Shanxi, Yunnan, Xiamen, and Jiangxi, benefiting 7340 people.

The project aims to help students from economically disadvantaged families alleviate their financial difficulties, while guided by Zhou Enlai's spirit of "studying for the rise of China". It encourages these students who are in adversity but strive to learn and guides them to establish lofty ideals and beliefs.

At the same time, by establishing the "Zhou Enlai Class" and "Enlai Honor Club" in universities, and setting up the "Enlai Scholarship", we aim to help contemporary college students strengthen their ideological and political education, promote their "diligence in learning, moral cultivation, discernment, and practicality", and foster their all-round development with both morality and talent.

The project has been implemented for many years and has had a significant social impact.

Scope and recipients of donation

1. Continuously pay attention to and support primary and secondary school students, as well as university students, who come from economically disadvantaged families and strive to pursue their studies, in order to make them useful talents for the country.

2. Priority will be given to beneficiaries in the following situations:

•Located in remote areas, with a per capita annual income lower than the local annual per capita income;

•No direct relatives working in government departments, enterprises or institutions, or having other fixed salary income (excluding relief funds);

•No other funding channels available

The funding targets disadvantaged students with excellent academic performance nationwide, and the funding will be gradually completed year by year in different regions. The funding scope and amount for the following year will be determined by the end of December each year.

1. Establishing Enlai Scholarship: to help primary and secondary school students from economically disadvantaged families successfully complete their studies. Based on the school age and local economic level of the beneficiaries, a review team composed of the school and education department of the recipient will complete the screening process. After the foundation approves the review, the scholarship will be disbursed;

2. Establishing the Enlai Scholarship: to motivate outstanding college students with both academic and moral qualities, encourage them to carry forward Zhou Enlai's noble spirit of lifelong struggle for the people, and serve the country and society after achieving success in their studies. The evaluation team composed of the school and education department where the aided students are located completes the screening, and after the foundation approves it, it will be distributed.
